FAQ

We have two "Zones" for our deliveries! Zone 1 Deliveries are a 9.95 delivery charge, and our Zone 2 Deliveries are a 14.95 delivery charge. Zone 1 deliveries are available for same day delivery as long as it is placed before 12:00 EST. Our Zone 2 Deliveries are available for next day delivery. 

Our Zone 1 includes James Island, Charleston, Johns Island (NOT KIAWAH/SEABROOK), Folly Beach*, West Ashley, and Lower Mt. Pleasant.

Our Zone 2 area includes deliveries to Kiawah Island, Seabrook Island, Wadmalaw Island, Daniel Island, Sullivans Island, Isle of Palms, Upper Mt. Pleasant, and North Charleston**

If you have a zone 2 delivery and need it same day, please call, as sometimes we are able to fit it into our delivery runs for that day.

*WE DO NOT DELIVER TO FOLLY BEACH, ISLE OF PALMS, SULLIVANS ISLAND, KIAWAH (this includes Cassique), SEABROOOK, or WADMALAW ON SATURDAYS 

** FOR NORTH CHARLESTON DELIVERY - WE DO NOT DELIVER PAST ASHLEY PHOSPHATE RD & WE DO NOT DELIVER TO TRIDENT HOSPITAL

We deliver Monday through Friday throughout the CHARLESTON AREA, and limited areas on Saturdays.  We do not deliver on Sundays. 

Normal delivery times are 9 am to 6 pm, when delivered to a residence, hotel or hospital.

For businesses, the normal delivery time is from 9am to 5pm.

While we cannot guarantee a particular time for delivery, you can make a request in the message box, and we will accommodate when it is possible. 

If you do order past our 12:00 EST Cut off time, your delivery will be scheduled for the next available delivery date. If you need it sooner, please call us, as sometimes we are able to send it out on one of our later runs!

Yes, but we have special rules for delivering to a dorm! For a delivery to a dorm, it does require our zone 2 or 14.95 delivery fee. We will have to arrange a time to deliver with the recipient, so they are able to meet us downstairs, as security prevents us from going upstairs.

Please provide the recipients valid phone number to expedite the delivery. 

Yes! We are able to deliver to all Hospitals in the Charleston area, excluding the Trident Hospital in North Charleston, as it is beyond our delivery zone.

We must have a room number to be able to deliver flowers to patients. Patients in the ICU are not allowed to receive flowers and most gifts, and we recommend waiting until they have a room before you place an order. 

 We must have the funerals date, time, and who the funeral is for. Most funeral homes require a delivery at least 2+ hours before the visitation or service.

If you are in need of a funeral arrangement for the same day, we highly suggest calling, to confirm our floral designers will be able to do that for you. 

If you would like for the arrangement to be able to be sent to the graveside after the funeral by the funeral home, please choose an arrangement from our sympathy collection that is Not in a glass, as glass is not permitted at a graveside, and must be sent home with the family of the deceased. 

Depending on the delivery location and weather, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, our delivery driver may leave the item in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return or leave a message for the recipient to call to arrange for delivery.

When you place an order for pick up, please include the date you would like to pick up and the time you would like to pick up as well.

If you would like to pick up on Sunday, please order with at least one day in advance, as we do not have floral designers on duty on Sunday! 

We do not deliver on Sundays, but we do keep an assortment of bouquets and arrangements available for pickup in our cooler daily!

If you are in need of a delivery on Sunday, please call the shop and we may be able to guide you in ordering an Uber to deliver flowers.

If you are in need of a custom arrangement to pick up on Sunday, please order at least a day ahead of time, or just stop by to choose something fabulous out of the cooler!
